This year will be different. Santa gave me a new camera for Christmas and I am looking forward to sharing with you all of my outfits, my favorite beauty products, reviews and much more. We all have New Year Resolution's and this blog is one of mine. To a Fabulous and Fashionable Year!!!

Crazy about Muji

I am sure you all have heard of the famous "Muji Acrylic Cases" at one point maybe on YouTube or through other bloggers. I ordered one 5 drawer acrylic case initially and I must admit I originally thought it was going to be bigger then it is. I was expecting a big box on my door step and when I saw the little box I was disappointed, until I started organizing.

The measurements as per the website are as follow: 10.2 x 6.9 x 6.3

The case is small enough to have on top of a vanity, they are stack-able which is such a space saver. They are also very affordable. The 5 drawer case is 27.95 with shipping it cost me $35.90. Shipping took about 1 week, it seemed like forever because I was so anxious to get them. Packaging was great, it had so much bubble wrap I had a hard time getting it open (LOL).

The quality is amazing, it looks and feels very sturdy and durable. It is a clear in color and I actually like that because I can see my makeup and where everything is stored. The one I got is currently filled mainly with lip products and I can see the name of all of the colors. I will probably order 2-3 more to store things like eyeshadows and blushes. It is so convenient and it looks so put together. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!

"SHY GIRL"

If I have a big Mac Lipstick collection it is thanks to BACK TO MAC! When returning 6 empty mac products you have the choice of getting a free lipstick, or eyeshadow if you go to the Pro Store. After swatching a few lipsticks I've had my eye on I decided on "SHY GIRL". It is a cremesheen color that reminds me a little bit of HUE (my all time favorite) except it is a little more peachy with a touch of sparkle. On the Mac website "Shy Girl" is described as a creamy neutral coral shade, and I think it has just enough sparkle to give your lips an amazing glow.

The first swatch is one layer, the second swatch it about 3 layers so the color can be built up to your liking. I found that the one layer is very sheer so my preference is to go over it at least two other times.

Makeup look using this lipstick will be up soon

Summer is around the corner!

With summer around the corner I can't help but to think of being poolside, tanning. It is of course one of my favorite thing to do in the summer, especially with the Texas heat. I went to H&M the other day thanks to the online temptations (which by the way, I hate that they don't have online shopping). Anyways, they have the most affordable swimwear. Bottoms and tops start at $4.95 yes...$4.95! I only managed to get one and the total came to $20 or so, how awesome is that? They have a HUGE selection, I will definitely be going back! You can check out the styles online at hm.com While there I also bought a necklace I had been eyeing for a few days. I saw a few girls styling it on Instagram and couldn't wait to get my hands on it. It was only $12.95 which was also a great buy!

"Lyla"

AS promised, the review for my first pair of ShoeDazzle shoes. I was so excited to get these in the mail. Shipping took exactly one week which is usually the norm in my case. They were packaged really nicely in a pink ShoeDazzle box. Included with the shoes is a dust bag which I find very convenient. The shoe fit true to size and looked beautiful. It has a 6" heel that I feel is perfect for my short height. The faux-suede material looks impeccable and the cobalt color is so bright and gorgeous! It is available in other colors by the way.

I wore them out to dinner with friends and I must say I did get a lot of compliments. We decided to go to a bar afterwards and this I believe was the true test. After dancing for a while my feet were really starting to hurt. I think it happens to everyone after a while, especially in six inch heels. I especially felt pain and tightness in the front part of the shoe...poor pinkie toe!! I will definitely wear these shoes out again...maybe not dancing but just out to dinner. Will I order another pair from Shoedazzle...absolutely! They have really come up since they first started. They no longer have monthly fees or the need to skip every month so they don't charge you credit card. Go ShoeDazzle!!

Hi Ladies,

I know, I know, I have been MIA for a while now, and I feel like I say this every time I post but this time I really, really mean it. I plan on posting more. I have a few products I want to review and also a few makeup looks. This is my diary of personal style and I can't wait to show you everything I have in mind.

With that being said, I just placed my very FIRST order with ShoeDazzle. Being that this is the first product I bought, I got 20% off which made my total come to $31.96 including FREE SHIPPING which I think is awesome. The style is named Lyla and as you see in the picture below it is faux-suede cobalt blue. I think it can easily be dressed up or down. I will be writing a review on the fit and comfort as soon as it arrives. I will also be posting an outfit of the day with this shoe...I can't wait!!
